We were looking for an HR professional to support a varied selection of HR requirements , while focusing on the development of our people practices. Sarah is an integral part of our HR plan for 24/25 as we publish new policies and staff handbook . Sarah has spent time with all individuals in the team and has monthly sessions with the office manager and CEO. Sarah is also supporting the implementation of a HR system into the business. As a scale up LegalTech experiencing rapid growth it was important to the team here that we bottled our company culture as we grew. Sarah spent time with both our management team and employees to gain understanding of how they saw the company to produce our cultural values framework. Sarah also researched and implemented a cloud-based HR system which has brought time-saving and efficiency benefits in administration, holiday bookings and self-service for employees. Additionally, after conducting employee "Stay" interviews, as a result of the feedback Sarah introduced several teambuilding and communication initiatives as well as various benefits to help us solidify our reputation as an employer of choice. Sarah also introduced the use of psychometric tests to our recruitment process to give us more insight to candidates to validate hiring decisions and conducted a full HR compliance audit and remedied the areas identified. I find Sarah to be extremely diligent, organised and we certainly benefit from her experience in this space.
