  • Grow – Our Essential Retainer Package:

    • Employment contract
    • 20 HR policies covering the essentials, branded with your company logo**
    • Updating your HR policies if employment law changes
    • Keeping you informed of relevant employment law changes throughout the year
    • HR audit of personnel files and current HR practices at start of our partnership
    • Quarterly HR planning meetings – up to 1 hour virtual calls, 4 times per year
    • Salary benchmarking of up to 3 roles per year

  • Prosper – Our Enhanced Retainer Package:

Is there a minimum contract period?

No, we don't believe in tying you into lengthy contracts. Our retained services are paid monthly, and you can adjust or end the service at any time. We prefer to earn your loyalty through excellent service rather than contractual obligations.

How do I know which package is right for my business?

We'll help you assess your current HR needs and future goals during a free consultation. Based on your business size, stage, and specific challenges, we'll recommend the most suitable option. You can always upgrade or adjust your package as your business grows.

Can I switch between packages as my business grows?

Absolutely! Our packages are designed to be flexible and scalable. You can start with the Plant package and transition to Grow or Prosper as your needs evolve. We'll work with you to ensure a smooth transition and that you're always getting the right level of support.
